This is pretty cool. The St. Olaf Christmas Festival will be simulcast in theaters around the country.

So, one doesn’t have to go to Northfield, Minnesota to hear this concert.
(A former student of mine is in the choir. )
Yes, it’s a great idea, but has anybody actually attempted to get advance tickets to one of these theater presentations? It’s totally frustrating.
I’ve been to all the web sites referenced in the St. O website and haven’t succeeded in finding any way to order tickets. My husband and I must travel more than an hour to get to the nearest theater, so we will not bother if we can’t get tickets.
